We strictly maintain the confidentiality of your formulations, research data, and product specifications. Likewise, clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary tools, testing processes, and reports.

5. Payments and Invoicing

All projects and service engagements are subject to a mutually agreed pricing structure. Invoices are payable within the specified period from the invoice date. Delay in payment may result in late fees or withholding of deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

CRO Lambent is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of products tested or developed through our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring product compliance with local and international regulations before launch.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website content at any time, without prior notice, for updates, improvements, or regulatory compliance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
